The Work Environment

We’ve recently launched a new Employee Suggestion Scheme. Suggestions submitted are eligible for a standard cash reward and there is also an additional award for the best suggestion received each year.  To demonstrate our recognition of employee feedback, we have included a special award for a suggestion that has a significant impact on the company. 

The new Suggestion Scheme has been received enthusiastically by employees, with a number of suggestions already received. Sturrock Power will continue to seek more successful ways to promote employee feedback.
