Sturrock Power is a building service company with over 55 years experience in specialist contracting and maintenance projects throughout the United Kingdom. Our Head Office is located in Edinburgh with a satellite office in Glasgow.  We employ a total of 114 personnel,  36 management and administration staff with the remaining 78 electricians, gas engineers, and heating engineers.

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Contracts

This department offers clients throughout the United Kingdom a full range of M&E services including: data, heating & ventilation and design & build.

M&E Small Works

This is a dedicated division, which specialises in handling smaller projects e.g. installation of floor boxes and installation of power and containment for data in security control room, moves and changes and compliance testing.

Project Management

This department specialises in producing a ‘total service’ for highly/specialised projects, co-ordinating all aspects of the project as the Main Contractor, managing the programme, cost, quality, health & safety and encouraging innovation.

Facilities Management (FM)

The FM department provides our clients with a seamless maintenance service in Scotland. Due to the recent loss of a major contract, this Department has been significantly reduced in size since the last RoSPA submission. It continues to provide a service to existing clients and the Company are actively pursuing new business in this area.
