RBS Dundee High Street

This job consisted of both Mechanical works and substantial repairs to the ornate façade of this four storey listed building located in Central Dundee. The replacement of the boilers and Air Handling Units were carried out while keeping the buildings systems operational at all times ensuring the client was never without hot water or heating.

The extensive stonework repairs to the building were carried out safely in one of Dundee’s busiest pedestrian thoroughfares while working closely with both Dundee City Council and Historic Scotland.
